The matter was set for sentencing at 9 a.m. July 29. He was originally convicted of aggravated possession of drugs and attempted tampering with evidence.

Osmel R. Dominguez, 38, Bluffton, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

June 17

Tyler M. Kahle, 22, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Thomas G. Heitmeyer, 60, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, suspended upon completion of DIP, $250 fine and one year license suspension. A charge of stop sign violation was dismissed.

Faniqua L. Lasenby, 30, Lima, pleaded guilty to driving while texting. Sentence: Two points, $150 fine, suspended upon completion of class.

June 20

Drew F. Hill, 38, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to failure to stop after an accident. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine. Charges of failure to control and driving with no operator’s license were dismissed.
