LIMA — Marimor Industries will be holding a free document shredding event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 13 at its facility at 2450 Ada Road, Lima.
Runnings embraces new beginning
LIMA — After years in the making, one store has a new name in Lima. Runnings hosted its grand re-opening Friday morning. The store was previously owned and operated by several other companies. Manager Chris Nance said the store never officially closed while in between leadership but it looks forward to its new beginning.
Birthday party for metropark’s tortoise is planned
LIMA — A birthday party for Duke, the sulcata tortoise who has worked with the Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District and many of the citizens of Allen County, will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, March 25, at the McElroy Environmental Education Center, 2355 Ada Road, Lima.
