According to a recent press release, parent company Sinceri Senior Living owns and operates more than 70 assisted living facilities across the United States. Sinceri purchased Kessler Estates in November of 2021. The assisted living facility was previously known as “Eclipse Senior Living.” The release also states Sinceri purchased the organization due to its potential closing because of COVID-19.
