Lima woman receives minor injuries after rollover crash

LIMA — A Lima woman was taken to Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center with suspected minor injuries after a crash flipped her vehicle on its top at the intersection of West North Street and North Elizabeth Street around 11 a.m. Monday.

According to the crash report from the Lima Police Department, Cierra Miller, 37, of Lima, was traveling eastbound on West North Street when she failed to stop for a red light at the intersection of North Elizabeth Street, causing Todd Walker, 55, of Lima, to strike her in the intersection while traveling northbound on North Elizabeth Street. Miller’s vehicle flipped on its top, but Miller was not trapped.

Walker was not injured. Both vehicles had to be towed due to disabling damage. Miller was cited for driving under suspension due to not having financial responsibility insurance and failure to stop at a red light.
