Oct. 4

Credit Acceptance Corp., Southfield, Mich., was granted judgment against Timothy Urivez, Defiance, in the amount of $15,511.02 plus interest and costs of $250.

Joshua L. Hurles, 35, Delphos, was given credit of six days off his sentence for work performed at the Putnam County Detention facility in the amount of 273.75 hours. He was convicted on possession of drugs.

Oct. 1

Kim N. Rosselit, 63, Ottawa, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct, $100 suspended.

Oct. 3

Dustin W. Shuherk, 36, Payne, pleaded no contest to violating a protection order and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $100 fine.

Oct. 7

Karleigh L. Carpenter, 18, Pandora, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, and complete a mental health assessment.

Cole J. Reynolds, 28, Defiance, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of no operators license. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine. Charges of speeding and expired plates were dismissed.

Oct. 8

Aaron D. Glass, 42, Ottawa, charged with drug abuse/possession, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Charles J. Gillette, 37, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to 12 point suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $50 fine.

Richard Walker, 46, Columbus, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $50 fine. A charge of speeding was dismissed.
