ALLEN COUNTY

Interstate 75 pavement repair: The Interstate 75 northbound exit ramp to Napoleon Road (MM134) will have the lane shifted during the week of Sept. 16 for pavement repairs.

State Route 12, State Route 115, State Route 613 resurfacing: State Route 12, State Route 115, and State Route 613 in Putnam, Allen, and Hancock counties at the following locations will be restricted to one lane through the work zone beginning Aug. 19 for resurfacing. Throughout Allen County.

State Route 65 pavement repair: State Route 65 over U.S. 30 will be restricted to one lane through the work zone during the week of Sept. 16 for pavement repair.

State Route 66 pavement repair: State Route 66 at State Route 81 will be restricted to one lane through the work zone during the week of Sept. 16 for pavement repair.

State Route 117/State Route 309 traffic signal: Traffic signal work may impact traffic at the intersection of Bellefontaine Avenue, Kibby Street, Leonard, and Harding Highway in the city of Lima. Lanes may close, and flaggers may be necessary.

State Route 309 pavement repair, Elida: State Route 309 through the village of Elida will have land restrictions for pavement repairs on Monday, Sept. 23. If not completed work will resume on Wednesday, Sept. 25.

AUGLAIZE COUNTY

Interstate 75 Lane Shift – Expect two lanes on I-75 in each direction. Southbound traffic in the left lane will cross over into a contraflow lane on the northbound side just south of the rest areas starting Thursday, June 6 through October 2024. Vehicles in the contraflow lane will not have access to exit 113 for SR 67. Drivers will re-enter the southbound driving lane just north of Middle Pike. Crews will be reconstructing the southbound travel lane bridge. This new traffic pattern will maintain two lanes of traffic in each direction. This shift is weather dependent.

Interstate 75 Lane Closures – Expect intermittent overnight lane closures on I-75 in both directions between Middle Pike and Hengstler Road from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. starting Monday, March 18 through Friday, November 1. Crews will be performing bridge work.

HARDIN COUNTY

State Route 31 reconstruction: Main Street between Ohio Street and Carrol Street in the city of Kenton closed on March 4 for 240 days for reconstruction, curb and gutter, and sewer. Detour: U.S. 68/Detroit St. to Letson Ave., back to SR 31/Main St.

State Route 81 culvert replacement: State Route 81 at the intersection of County Road 95, approximately four miles east of the village of Ada, will close Sept. 9 for approximately 10 days for a culvert replacement. Reopening is expected on Friday, Sept. 20. Detour: U.S. 68 to U.S. 30 to SR 235, back to SR 81.

PUTNAM COUNTY

State Route 12, State Route 115, State Route 613 resurfacing: State Route 12, State Route 115, and State Route 613 in Putnam, Allen, and Hancock counties at the following locations will be restricted to one lane through the work zone beginning Aug. 19 for resurfacing. From the village of Vaughnsville to the Allen County line. From the Allen County line to the west corporation of Columbus Grove. From the east corporation of Columbus Grove to the Hancock County line.

State Route 115: Through the village of Kalida (no work will take place during Pioneer Days, Sept. 5-8)

State Route 613: Through the village of Leipsic.

State Route 15 guardrail upgrade: State Route 15 between Road 13 and Township Road 12-H will be restricted to one lane via temporary traffic signals the week of Sept. 23 for guardrail upgrades.

Sycamore Street, Columbus Grove, intersection improvement: Sycamore St. at State Route 65, on the east side of the intersection, will close Thursday, Sept. 12 for approximately 60 days to add a new right-turn lane and additional roadway improvements. On State Route 65, two lanes in both directions will remain open throughout the project. Detour: SR 12 to SR 65, back to Sycamore St.

VAN WERT COUNTY

U.S. 30 rest area reconstruction: The U.S. 30 rest areas between State Route 49 and U.S. 127 in Van Wert County closed on January 11 for approximately one year for complete reconstruction of the buildings.

U.S. 30 bridge repair: Converse Roselm Road and Stripe Road over U.S. 30 are closed until further notice as a safety precaution due to damage caused by an over-height vehicle. Repair is underway and reopening of the overpasses is expected in early November.

Along U.S. 30, the median at Mendon Road and Boroff Road will close Friday, Sept. 20, and remain closed throughout repair; traffic will be restricted to right-in, right out movements only.

U.S. 30 is restricted to one lane through the work zone.

U.S. 127 resurfacing: U.S. 127 between the Mercer County line the city of Van Wert is restricted to one lane for resurfacing.

State Route 81 reconstruction: State Route 81 between Willshire Eastern Road and Harrison Willshire Road, just east of the village of Willshire closed on May 6 for approximately 150 days to raise the roadway profile and replace two culverts. Access for local traffic to all properties will be maintained throughout construction. Detour: SR 49 to U.S. 33 to SR 118, back to SR 81.

Leeson Avenue reconstruction: Leeson Avenue between Shannon Street (State Route 118) and Rose Drive in the city of Van Wert closed on Feb. 7 for 245 days for reconstruction including curb and gutter, storm sewer, and a multi-use path on the north side of the roadway.
