Putnam County Municipal dispositions

Aug. 28

Paulson Mainty, 27, McComb, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Aug. 29

Jeremy B. Moreno, 40, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to second-offense OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 135 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $475 suspended, two-year license suspension, complete a drug and alcohol assessment. He was also fined $100 for driving without a valid license. Charges of OVI and failure to control were dismissed.

Aug. 30

Emilleo Guerra, 28, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to third-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: 360 days jail, 180 days suspended, $1,500 fine, $650 suspended, five-year license suspension and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. He also pleaded no contest to driving under suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended. Charges of OVI and speeding were dismissed.

Sept. 3

Anna M. Paso-Tero, 43, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to four counts of rabies quarantine and was fined $75, plus court costs.

Sept. 5

Martina D. Diaz, 27, Leipsic, was fined $150 on a charge of no operator’s license. Charges of fictitious plates and lights required were dismissed.
