The former “Saturday Night Live” cast member will perform his stand-up routine about marriage and relationships, current events and love and loss.

Downtown Lima Artwalk

5 to 8 p.m. Thursday

The Downtown Lima Artwalk will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12 outside ArtSpace/Lima at 65 Town Square in Lima.

Downtown Lima, Inc. and ArtSpace will share artists’ work in downtown Lima from inside member locations.

Anyone can ride the RTA Trolley for free to each location.

ArtSpace will host a Shirley’s Popcorn popup shop and the Annual Photography Show on display inside.

An Inconceivable Evening with Cary Elwes

7:30 p.m. Friday

Cary Elwes, the star of “The Princes Bride”, will visit Lima at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13 at the Civic Center, 7 Town Square, Lima.

Elwes will screen the 1987 movie and share a look at the set in a moderated discussion about the making of the movie.

Multicultural Expo

Noon to 5 p.m. Saturday

The Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce will hold the Multicultural Expo from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14 at the Pangle Pavilion, 128 E. Spring St., Lima.

Anyone can come to the free event to celebrate cultures from around the world present in the Lima region with food trucks, giveaways, prizes and art.

Exhibitors will also take the stage to highlight their culture with talents.

Stand-up Comedy Night

8 p.m. Saturday

Stand-up Comedy Night will start at 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14 at the Ohio Theatre, 122 W. North St., Lima.

Alex Eakin will headline the show, which will also feature Chris White, Josh Albert, Yales Reames, Barack Lesnar and host Ken Carlson.

• Lima Land Poetry Slam: 7 p.m. Friday — The Lima Land Poetry Slam will be at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13 at Vibe Coffeehouse and Cafe at 311 E. Market St. in Lima.

Anyone can come out to or participate in this open mic event featuring poets, rappers, musicians and singers for $5 suggested donation. Sign-up is free.

• Designer Bag Bingo: 6 p.m. Saturday — The Designer Bag Bingo will start at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14 at the Fraternal Order of Police at 750 W. Robb Ave. in Lima.

Anyone can purchase tickets for $40 to get chances to win bags and enjoy food, door prizes and fun.

• The King Car and Motorcycle Show: Noon to 5 p.m. Sunday — The annual King Car and Motorcycle Show will be from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 5 at Faurot Park Pavilion at S. Cole Street and Park Drive in Lima.

Spectators get in free to view live music, raffles and awards for the best vehicles.
