LIMA — Sarah Crowe is bringing a new level of flexibility and professionalism to Lima’s work scene with the launch of Professional Pods, a co-working space designed to cater to the needs of the ever-changing needs of business professionals and entrepreneurs. Various amenities and secure, confidential workstations with high-speed internet and a supportive network are also offered.
The business is located at 3123 W Elm Street in Lima.
There are five pods and three offices to choose from.
“Each office has a keypad that no one else will have access to — with a yearly lease,” Crowe stated.
Extremely flexible, the business offers six total memberships, three yearly and three monthly.
“We are flexible in the sense that someone can come for one day, a month, or a year in a dedicated pod or office,” said Crowe.
The idea transpired when the building Crowe purchased for her medical massage therapy business only took up the front end of the building.
Having to use the whole building, she dedicated the back end of the building for the workspace, especially considering that they are becoming more prevalent.
“They are popping up in bigger cities, and there are two around here, one in Bellefontaine,” she said.
The memberships include a basic, a gold, and a platinum. The same features are included in yearly and monthly memberships.
The platinum membership includes 24-hour access to the dedicated office space with high-speed wifi and access to the coffee, tea, and espresso bar.

Daily appointments are available with access to available pods.
