LIMA — The deadline is noon Wednesday for submissions for The Lima News and LimaOhio.com’s 27th Amateur Photo Competition.
Entries can be submitted online at LimaOhio.com/photocontest. There are categories for abstract, animals, action/sports, candid, flowers, landscape/scenic, portrait and still life.
Cash prizes will be awarded, including $100 for best of show. Awards for category winners are $50 for first place, $40 for second and $25 for third.
Entries will be accepted through noon on Wednesday, Sept. 4. Winners will be announced starting Saturday, Sept. 28.
