LIMA — Next week, the Cenovus Lima Refinery will begin preparations for a planned maintenance program, or turnaround, that will bring down units to ensure continued safe and reliable operations, the company announced.
The public may notice intermittent flaring, noise or odor as the maintenance proceeds, possibly as soon as Monday, Sept. 2.
There may also be increased traffic around the refinery, especially during shift changes.
The turnaround is expected to last until mid-October.
