Dustin C. Morman, 47, Ottawa, was placed on five years community control for violating community control sanctions. The violations included using methamphetamines. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted on two counts aggravated trafficking in drugs.
Aug. 13
Credit Acceptance Corp., Southfield, Mich.,was granted judgement against Derick P. Niese, Fostoria, in the amount of $17,803.21, plus interest and costs.
Aug. 14
Curtis M. Horstman, Fort Jennings, was granted a divorce from Steven M. Horstman, Fort Jennings. They were married Nov. 2, 2019 and have no children. Any exhibits submitted to the court must be picked up by Sept. 20, or will be destroyed.
The Union Bank Co., Columbus Grove, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Timothy E. Kramer, Vaughnsville, and Brooke N. Kramer, Ottawa, in the amount of $116,464.75, plus interest and costs.

George W. Sherin, 43, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $100 fine.
Aug. 12
Kyle R. Hashbarger, 25, Ottawa, was fined $150 on an amended charge of reckless operation. A charge of marked lanes was dismissed.
Ashlia A. Brenneman, 37, Lima, pleaded guilty to aggravated menacing. Sentence: 90 days jail, suspended, $250 fine.
Martin Ennis, 49, Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $325 fine, one-year license suspension, and complete an alcohol and drug assessment.
Aug. 13
Isaac P. Morman, 19, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension. And complete a drug and alcohol assessment. He was fined $25 for parking prohibited and $25 for open container. A charge of underage OVI was dismissed.
Autumn M. Parker, 42, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under FRA/non compliance. Sentence: 180 days jail, $1,000 fine.
Aug. 15
Amanda L. Teman, 35, Delphos, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, complete an alcohol and drug assessment, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of failure to control and open container.
Rossin D. Renner, 24, Columbus Grove, was fined $150 for an amended charge of reckless operation. Charges of OVI, seat belt and marked lanes were dismissed.
