Aug. 8

Bobby G. Combs, 42, Stryker, was remanded to the WORTH Center for an amended charge of having weapons under disability. He was placed on five years community control, and was given credit for 22 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete anger management and subtance abuse counseling. A charge of aggravated possession of drugs was dismissed.

Putnam County Municipal dispositions

Aug. 5

Nicholas A. Felkey, 46, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI second offense. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $750 fine, $225 suspended, two year license suspension. Charges of driving without a valid license and failure to obey traffic control device were dismissed.

Gabriel J. Meza, 30, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to no operators license. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $250 fine.

Nahomi M. Pabon, 30, Pandora, pleaded guilty to no operators license. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine and pay $500 in restitution. A charge of improper passing was dismissed.

Julio C. Chavarria Tacavera, 40, Lima, pleaded guilty to no operators license, Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $250 fine. He was ordered to pay costs on charges of window tint and expired plates.

Bernard G. Bennett, 64, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to obstruction of official business and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, and complete a mental health assessment. Charges of assault and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Aug. 8

Justin L. Reynolds, 33, Delphos, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 120 days suspended, $100 fine. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to violating a protection order. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine. Another charge of violating a protection order was dismissed.

George W. Sherin, 43, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $100 fine.

Mark Elliott, 51, Kalida, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine with credit with three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Evan W. Dunbar, 24, Columbus Grove, was fined $150 for reckless operation. A charge of marked lanes was dismissed.
