July 26

James R. Sulfridge, 45, Continental, was sentenced to six months in jail for violating community control sanctions. The violations included failing to comply with the probation officer to come to the office for drug testing. He was given credit for 133 days served. He had been convicted of possession of drugs (methampethamine).

Kyle R. Leatherman, 24, Convoy, was sentenced to 10 months in jail for violating community control sanctions. The violations included using methampethamines. He was given credit for 221 days served. He was originally convicted of aggravated possession of drugs.

July 30

Manuel T. Bartsch, 37, Leipsic, was sentenced to six months in jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included using methamphetamines. He was given credit for 113 days previously served. He was convicted of possession of fentanyl-related compound.

Todd M. Settlemire, 39, Leipsic, was placed on five years community control for violating community control sanctions. The violations included using methamphetamines. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for 198 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted of aggravated possession of drugs and attempted tampering with evidence.

Eric Kuhbander, 43, Leipsic, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for persistent disorderly conduct. He was given credit for three days served and 10 days of the sentence was suspended on condition he has no contact with the victim other than approved by the court regarding the minor children.

Joshua L. Hurles, 35, Delphos, was sentenced to 90 days jail for posession of drugs (methamphetamine). He was placed on five years community control and given credit for eight days served.

Tina Candia, 55, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to attempted domestic violence. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 19.

July 29

Derek M. Showalter, 41, Paulding, charged with drug abuse/possession and domestic violence, both felonies, bound over to common pleas court.

July 30

Carlos A. Gonzalez Alas, 37, Delphos, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Aug. 1

Devonte M. Fountain, 26, Toledo, pleaded guilty to violating a protection order. Sentence: 90 days jail, 86 days suspended, $100 fine and complete a mental health assessment.

Robbie E. Blevins, 55, Pandora, was fined $150 for driving under FRA/non compliance suspension. A charge of unauthorized/tampering with reg/plates was dismissed.

Clay J. Macke, 33, Gilboa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 171 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, two-year license suspension, complete a drug and alcohol assessment, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI and failure to control were dismissed.

Robbie E. Blevins, 55, Pandora, was fined $150 for driving under FRA/non compliance suspension. A charge of unauthorized/tampering reg/plates was dismissed.

Kristal Danner, 37, Pandora, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 168 days suspended, $150 fine, and abide by recommendations from assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.

Angela K. Dockery, 47, Cecil, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 90 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, and abide by recommendations from a drug and alcohol assessment and remain out of the Buckeye Club for one year. A charge of disd/intoxication was dismissed.
