Brian K. Smith, 34, Ottoville, was sentenced to three days in jail for failure to provide notice for a change of address. He was placed on five years community control and was granted work release.

Dawn M. Shoup, 43, Metamora, was placed on five years community control for aggravated possession of drugs. She must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete a program of anger management and substance abuse.

July 9

Joseph A. Little, 37, Waynesfield, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license and tinted windows. Sentence: 180 days jail, 120 days suspended, $250 fine.

Rick A. Hilton, 65, Leipsic, was fined $100 for failure to control.

July 10

Joseph Mendoza, 44, Leipsic, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

July 12

Jessica Lopez-Garcia, 22, Deshler, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Ariel S. Eagleson, 24, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Jesus C. Alvarado, Jr., 45, Gilboa, was fined $150 for driving under FRA/non compliance suspension.

Kyle C. Kindle, 54, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $375 fine, license suspended for 180 days, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

July 17

Jose G. Espinoza, 24, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to no operators license. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $100 fine.

Hector Minjarez, 46, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended.

Angel N. Morales, 23, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to driving without valid license and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $100 fine.

July 18

Christian N. Stebleton, 24, Lima, pleaded guilty to no operators license. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $250 fine.

Caleb W. Johnson, 24, Fairborn, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $100 fine. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Peggy A. Alvardo, 47, Gilboa, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $250 fine, pay restitution of $62.42 to Walmart. She pleaded guilty to another charge of theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $100 fine.
