Defendants enter not guilty pleas in Allen County court

LIMA — The following defendants have entered pleas of not guilty to recent charges handed down by the Allen County grand jury:

Ronnie Brown, 17, of Lima, charged with aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, felonious assault with a firearm specification, grand theft and having weapons under disability.

Teir Pitts, 32, Ross Correctional Institution, charged with felonious assault with a repeat violent offender specification.

Billy Smith, 38, of Lima, charged with having weapons while under disability, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon.

Sue Jacobs, 35, of Lima, charged with receiving stolen property and forgery.

Lakeisha Tate, 36, of Lima, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Cory Dodds, 37, of Lima, charged with aggravated possession of drugs and possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Chloe Martindale, 19, of Kenton, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Rebecca Ayers, 23, of Lima, charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

William Brown, 50, of Lima, charged with two counts of strangulation.

Anthonio Briggs, 37, of Lima, charged with felonious assault with a firearm specification.

James Dally, 49, of Lima, charged with five counts of violating a protection order.

Anthony Zeisloft, 19, of Lima, charged with two counts of felonious assault.

Braylon Rogan, 18, of Lima, charged with robbery.

Terrance Lynch, 34, of Lima, charged with domestic violence and strangulation.

Brevin Luna, 20, of Lima, charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, three counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor and one count of the illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.

Durwin Jones, 56, of Lima, charged with felonious assault and domestic violence.

Jorrell Johnson, 43, of Kenton, charged with domestic violence.

David Johnson, 42, of Lima, charged with two counts of discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises and six counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications.

Dustin Jamison, 30, of Lima, charged with felonious assault and the discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises, each with firearm specifications.

Jovanta Durr, 24, of Lima, charged with failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Bryan Booth, 56, of Lima, charged with felonious assault.

Willie Harris, 27, of Lima, charged with two counts of domestic violence and two counts of strangulation.

Marquavious Liles, 30, of Lima, charged with having weapons under disability, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon.

Jean Luce, 63, of Lima, charged with two counts of forgery, two counts of grand theft and one count of theft from a person in a protected class.

Daris Harrison, 40, of Lima, charged with three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Ashton Nyomo, 20, of Lima, charged with strangulation.

Stacia Grindel, 29, of Lima, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.
