WAPAKONETA — The annual Summer Moon Festival is in full force this weekend, after a not-so-sleepy bedtime start Thursday night.
The city held its annual bed races, with teams pushing a rolling bed down the street while members of the crowd shot at them with water guns as they underwent challenges.
