July 5

Bobby Combs, 41, Stryker, pleaded guilty to having weapons while under disability. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was revoked while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:30 a.m. Aug. 8. Any illegal drugs seized in the within action will be forfeited to the arresting agency.

July 9

Joy D. Macke, Pandora, was granted a divorce from Gregory J. Macke, Arlington. They were married July 3, 1995 in Pandora and have no minor children.

July 10

Kendra A. VonLehmden Wentz, Fort Jennings, and Nicholas S. Wentz, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Sept. 18 2014 in Ottawa and have one child.

Zackary A. Sullivan, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Kayla Sullivan, Continental. They were married June 2, 2018 in Putnam County and have one child.

Melinda S. Wainwright, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Andrew A. Wainwright, Bryan. They were married Sept. 8, 2021 in Van Wert and they have no children.

Breanna S. Doyle, Leipsic, was granted a divorce from Devin L. Tijerina, Leipsic. They were married March 9, 2018 in Ottawa and have two children.

July 11

The Putnam County Board of County Commissioner was ordered to pay the Michael and Jean Hamel Revocable Living Trust the amount of $5,000 in attorney fees within seven days of date of this judgment.

Adam Koebel, 41, Ottawa, was granted six days off his current jail sentence due to the 217.25 hours of work performed at the Putnam County Detention Facility from May 21 through July 10. His new release date will be July 18.

July 12

Guy Roberts, 45, Lima, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for failing to pay child support. The sentence was suspended provided he remain current in his payments.

Elyssa M. Gutierrez pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. She faces up to five years in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Aug. 27.

Genesis D. Hefner, 20, Lima, was fined $100 for driving under non-compliance suspension and $50 for lights required.

July 3

Dennis R. Nelms, 48, Lima, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

July 8

Juan C. Santiz, 25, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Alton J. Stotler, 47, Lakeview, pleade guilty to an amended charge of no operators license. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine.

July 9

Gwen E. Edelbrock, 56, Ottawa, was fined $150 for falsification.

Garrold L. Dangler, 45, Ottawa, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Rick A. Hilton, 65, Leipsic, was fined $100 for failure to control.
