June 20
Victor B. Lomeli, 47, Leipsic was found in violation of community control sanctions. The violations included using cocaine and marijuana. Sentencing on the matter was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. July 25. He was originally convicted of domestic violence.
Frank Taschler, 24, Pandora, was sentenced to 120 days in jail for endangering children. He was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended as well as anger management and substance abuse treatment. He will be granted work release if eligible.
June 24
Phongsavanh Sithivongsa, 18, Findlay, was sentened to 10 days jail for an amended charge of failure to comply. He was placed on five years community control on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. He was given credit for one day served and the sentence was ordered to be served concurrent. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all treatment and counseling recommended. The firearm seized in the within action shall be forfeited to the state of Ohio.

Jarrid J. Cervantes, 36, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $150 fine. A charge of tinted windows was dismissed.

Aaron H. McCray, 40, McComb, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 140 days suspended, $250 fine and license suspended for one year.
