Putnam sheriff’s office seeks man who cut off GPS monitor

OTTAWA — The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office asked for the public’s help in finding a man who violated a protection order and cut off his GPS tracking device.

Deputies are looking for Justin Lynn Reynolds, who was out of jail on bond for violation of a protection order before he violated it again, according to a Facebook post. He now has two warrants for his arrest, one for tampering with evidence (third-degree felony) and one for violating a protection order (a first-degree misdemeanor).

People should not confront Reynolds if they see him, according to the sheriff’s office. Anyone with information should call the sheriff’s office at 419-523-3208.
