Lima hospitals welcome first babies of 2024

LIMA — Parents Keri and Jonathan Reeves welcomed Laci into the world at 12:51 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 2, at Lima Memorial Health System in what was the hospital’s first delivery of 2024.

Laci, who was born at 8 lbs. 15 ounces and 20.5 inches long, joins siblings Harper, Ava and Charlotte.

The girls selected outfits — one in blue, the other in pink — for school Monday evening in anticipation of their sister’s birth, as the Reeves waited until birth to learn their youngest child’s gender.

“They’re excited for (Laci) to come home,” Jonathan Reeves said.
