LIMA — Developers from Blass Services on Friday unveiled 41 newly renovated duplexes available for rent along Catalpa and Holmes Avenues and Sugar Street, now known as Jefferson Manor.
Two-bedroom units start at $895 per month, while three-bedrooms start at $995 per month. MET vouchers are accepted.
Owner Bailey Joseph described the Jefferson Manor subdivision as “completely transformed,” as developers have been cleaning the grounds, removing trees and renovating duplexes since last fall.
Work will continue in Jefferson Manor as crews plant trees and install new sidewalks, roads and driveways, she said.
“We have a mission to fight the blight in Lima and revitalize homes,” Joseph said.
