Aramsco purchases Lima’s EZ Concrete Supply

LIMA — Lima-based EZ Concrete Supply has been purchased by Aramsco, Inc., the companies announced Monday.

Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

EZ Concrete Supply distributes decorative concrete supplies and equipment to contractors. It began in a pole barn in Ada in 2016, according to EZ-ConcreteSupply.com. It has a 30,000-square-foot facility and a 2,000-square-foot training facility in Lima, along with eight other locations throughout the country.

“We are thrilled to join the Aramsco family of companies and for the opportunity this transaction creates for our employees and customers,” said Corey Henson, EZ Concrete Supply’s president, in a press release. “This transaction allows us to expand our geographic reach and provide our customers with access to a much broader product offering while continuing to receive the high level of service our customers have come to expect from EZ Concrete Supply.”

Aramsco is a family of companies working with specialty contractors in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada. Its brands include CRW Supply, Safety Express and others.

“We are delighted to welcome the EZ Concrete Supply team to the Aramsco family,” Andrew Liebert, executive vice president of sales and operations at Aramsco, said in a press release. “It was important for us to pick a partner with a strong history in the decorative concrete industry and who shares Aramsco’s values of supporting its customers’ success.”
