March 20
Christopher D. Frey, 41, Pandora, admitted to violating community control sanctions. The violations included not living in an approved residence, failing to receive approval for moving into an approved residence, failing to report to his supervising office and not being employed. He will be sentenced on the matter at 9 a.m. May 8. He was originally convicted of aggravated possession of drugs. (methamphetamines).
March 21
Andrew M. Black, 35, Troy, was sentenced to a minimum of seven years to a maximum of 10.5 years in prison for aggravated possession of drugs. He was given credit for 51 days served. He was also sentenced to 30 months in prison for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. The sentence was ordered to be serviced concurrently and his driver’s license was suspended for life.
Black was involved in a chase with police through three counties last January. According to reports of the Ottawa Police Department, police stopped Black, who was driving a gold Honda SUV near the Ottawa Walmart for a traffic violation at 9:36 p.m. Jan. 28. After the officer made contact with Black, he fled the scene, almost striking the officer. Officers pursued him northbound in a 40-mile pursuit that ran through Putnam, Henry, and Wood counties, until Black’s vehicle struck a house near North Baltimore. Two females inside the vehicle were transported from the scene for medical treatment. Black also had three active warrants for his arrest.

Laura Huff, Pandora, and Timothy Huff, Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married on Nov. 11, 2017, in Gatlinburg, Tenn., and have no children.

Eric M. Radabaugh, 47, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $250 fine. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Michael H. Koenig, 66, Findlay, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. Sentence: 10 days jail, 9 days suspended.
Douglas E. Herring, 56, Lima, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: Six-month license suspension, $150 fine.
