Coach’s comments: I have thought we have continued to improve on the fundamentals of the game this off-season. We have focused much more on the details and understanding the key fundamentals of the game. Our weight room environment has improved, and we have been able to push harder this year. I think our leadership has improved, we have found guys to lead and that has helped. We still have a lot of work to do as we are coming off a season in which we did not perform well from a coaching standpoint or a player standpoint. So, we must look to improve day in and day out and continue to understand our job and build the right mentality.
