ARCHERY
Allen County: The Allen County Archers will be holding 3-D shoots the first Saturday and Sunday of each month through September. It is open to all equipment.They are also holding traditional 3-D shoots on the third Saturday of the month all year long. They are open to all archery equipment.

FISHING
Delaware: On Oct. 10, BrushPile Fishing will be playing host to the “Never Give Up. Never Quit” Veterans Day Crappie Tournament.” This year it will be hosted at Delaware Lake. The tournament will be one day with two-person teams. Top three places will win cash prizes and the top five places will qualify to participate in the Crappie USA National Tournament held at Green River Lake in Campbellsville, Kentucky, on Oct. 23 and 24. Waynesfield: The 16th annual CMM West (Children’s Medical Missions West) Outing will be held Sunday, Aug. 9, at Prairie View. Ottawa: A charity scramble to benefit Awakening Minds Art will be held Aug. 23 at Moose Landing Country Club. Ottawa: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Putnam County has rescheduled its ninth annual Golf For Kids’ Sake scramble event to Sunday, Aug. 30, at Pike Run Golf Club, 10807 Road H, Ottawa, beginning with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. The cost per team is $260, which includes golf for four, two carts, range balls, drink tickets, goodie bags, and two meals. In addition, there are prizes for the first, second, third and highest score and hole prizes. A lunch sponsored by Arby’s will be given to participants prior to play and meals prepared by Uncle Bucks BBQ will be provided for dinner during the awards immediately following the event. First place will be $400 and par 3 holes will have hole in one prizes: including a chance at $10,000 hole in one prize. Door prizes will be accepted up to the day of the event.
