Bailey bounces back in Reds’ win over Rockies

DENVER — Homer Bailey had by far his best outing so far this season and the Cincinnati Reds beat the Colorado Rockies 8-1 on Tuesday night.

Bailey, in his third start since returning from rehab, pitched six innings, allowed eight hits and one run and struck out three.

Jose Peraza, Scott Schebler and Scooter Gennett had home runs for Cincinnati.
