Spartans cheered as they head out for state tourney

LIMA — A pep rally was held at the high school Thursday night as the Lima Senior boys basketball team departed for the state tournament in Columbus.

The Spartans (28-0), ranked number two in Division I by the Associated Press, takes on No. 3 Wilmington (27-1) in a semifinal at 5:15 p.m. Friday at Value Center Arena.
