Crestview’s Bauer goes over 1,000 career points

Crestview senior Emily Bauer scored 22 points and became the sixth girls basketball player at Crestview to go over 1,000 points in her career in a 65-41 win over Fort Jennings on Monday night.

Lyvia Black (14), Paige Motycka (13) and Claire Zaleski (10) also scored in double figures for the Knights.

Crestview (3-2) was up by 20 points by halftime on its way to a win over the Musketeers.

Kylie Jettinghoff’s 14 points led Fort Jennings.

Delphos St. John’s 54, Shawnee 46

Madilynn Schulte scored 23 points and Lexie Hays had 10 points for Delphos St. John’s.

Kerri Roberson scored 13 points and Kinsey Heistan had 11 points for Shawnee.

The Blue Jays improved their record to 3-3. Shawnee is 1-6.

Delphos Jefferson 44, Antwerp 43

Sarah Miller scored 16 points for the Wildcats (5-3, 1-1 Northwest Conference). Antwerp dropped to 4-3 with the loss.

Sidney 46, St. Marys 43

Sylvia Hudson scored on a three-point play with 18 seconds left to give Sidney the win over the Roughriders.

Quincy Rable’s 15 points led St. Marys and Sydney Cisco scored 10 points.

Boys Basketball

Paulding 41, Miller City 32

The Panthers raised their record to 5-1 with a non-league win. Miller City is 3-2.
