This is a response to three letters in the Aug. 21 issue. I would like to begin by saying the state of the views of the Republican Party in the U.S. has devolved into nothing more than a gang of win-at-any-cost disciples of lies.
Ohio has become a cesspool of this truth-optional way of doing everything. The letters “Trump’s misdeeds make him laughable candidate” and “Fact-check before you believe Moreno’s word” have small indicators of this drinking-the-juice mentality Republicans have that gave Jim Jones his power. It’s easy to be controlled when you’re asleep. Wake up!
I am an inmate from Lima wrongfully convicted in the Republican stronghold of Allen County. Truth and justice have no meaning when “win-at-any-cost” politics come into play.
