Letter: Pharmacy closures just frustrating to seniors

So here we are, Rite Aid closed, and Walgreens is taking up the slack. I understand it is going to be busier and just crazy, but who didn’t think about this before?

I was on the phone for two hours one day and one and a half hours the next just trying to get a script filled. Nobody thought this through. What a cluster.

I went to Walgreens where I get a script from, and 20-plus people were in line inside the store, and 25 cars were in line outside.

I get that things change, but let’s think this through. What about all the elderly people who are struggling to get by or just can’t understand. It’s a bunch of crap. I’m just saying.
