COLUMBUS — The Ohio Wildlife Council at its meeting Wednesday, Oct. 30, approved new regulations for saugeye fishing at lakes around the region including the Metzger Reservoir in Lima and Indian Lake in Logan County beginning Jan. 1, 2025.
Regulations will require 15 inches in minimum length for walleye, saugeye and sauger at the lakes, as well as at Acton Lake, Alum Creek Lake, Atwood Lake, Buckeye Lake, Caesar Creek Lake, Ferguson Lake, Findlay Reservoir 1 and 2, Piedmont Lake, Pleasant Hill Lake, Rocky Fork Lake, Seneca Lake and Tappan Lake.
