LIMA — Allen County Children Services is highlighting its increased adoptions this year and the children who still need a forever home as part of November’s National Adoption Month.
According to a news release, in 2024, Allen County Children Services had 12 children adopted so far, which is triple the prior year’s adoptions. Ten children between the ages of 3 and 17 are still available for adoption.
“This year has been one of the busiest our agency has had for adoption,” according to the release.
