McDonald’s restaurants donating to Hurricane Helene relief

LIMA — McDonald’s owner-operators throughout the state will raise funds for those affected by Hurricane Helene. Around 380 restaurants across Ohio will hold a fundraiser today, each donating a minimum of $200.

McDonald’s of Ohio restaurants will donate 10 percent of all sales purchased through the McDonald’s mobile app.

“It’s important that we come together as a unit to support communities affected by Hurricane Helene,” said McDonald’s Owner/Operator Katie Blankenship. This digital fundraiser is an opportunity for both local McDonald’s and owner-operators and their community members to join efforts and contribute to relief efforts throughout the affected areas.”
