LIMA — The University of Northwestern Ohio will host a two-day open house and scholarship testing for prospective students from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, in the UNOH Student Commons, 1739 Hartzler Road, Lima.
High school seniors are eligible to take scholarship tests in subjects like accounting, automotive technology or robotics for the chance to win up to $40,000 toward their college education.
Smaller scholarships are available for students who take second, third, fourth and fifth place in each category.
The event is free and open to the public.
