MARYSVILLE — Lima native Kyla Fallis is Allen County’s Distinguished Young Woman of the Year.
Fallis will join nine female high school seniors in Marysville for the Distinguished Young Women of Ohio program in November. Contestants will compete for more than $13,000 in scholarships and the opportunity to represent the state of Ohio in the national contest in Alabama next summer.
