900 block of Superior Street, Delphos — Philip Lane, 35, and Stephanie Miller, 41, both of Delphos, were arrested for domestic violence Oct. 8 and taken to the Van Wert County Jail.
200 block of Holland Avenue, Delphos — A theft was reported Oct. 8.
East Fifth Street at Elida Road, Delphos — A two-vehicle crash occurred Oct. 8. One driver was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.
900 block of East Fifth Street, Delphos — A business owner reported an employee stole items from his business Oct. 9.
Elida Road, Delphos — A man who identified himself as Alexander Hernandez Vazquez was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired and operating a vehicle without a driver’s license Oct. 9. Officers recognized the man from a previous OVI where he identified himself as Gilberto Martinez. Additional charges are being reviewed for obstructing official business.
