LIMA — The probate division of the Allen County Common Pleas Court launched a marriage application function on its website Tuesday, allowing couples to remotely apply for a marriage license.
The electronic marriage license application can be found at www.allenohioprobate.com along with all eligibility requirements and licensing instructions.
