Lima Domino’s helps Shawnee Township Fire promote fire safety

LIMA — Lima Domino’s, located at 2400 Cable Court, the National Fire Protection Association and the Shawnee Township Fire Department are teaming up on Thursday, Oct. 10 with a unique way to make sure residents’ smoke alarms are functioning.

As part of Fire Prevention Week, from 5 to 7 p.m., anyone who orders a Domino’s pizza from the Lima Domino’s may be randomly selected to have Shawnee Township firefighters show up with the delivery driver to test smoke alarms.

If the customer’s smoke alarms are working, the order will be free. If the alarms aren’t working, the firefighters will replace them or install new batteries for free.

Customers can call Lima Domino’s at 419-222-3030 to place an order and be eligible for the event.
