WAPAKONETA — Wapakoneta’s annual Halloween parade and costume contest will begin at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds, 1001 Fairview Drive, Wapakoneta.
The parade will begin in the fairgrounds and proceed downtown to Auglaize Street and Park Street.
The costume contest begins at 5:30 p.m. at the judge’s table, at the Auglaize and Willipe streets intersection.
There will be honored guests, marching bands, floats, children and adults in costume dance groups, special events and Santa Claus.
