VAN WERT — Grammy-winning artist David Phelps will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 at Niswonger Performing Arts Center, 10700 state Route 118, Van Wert.
The onetime child prodigy from Tomball, Texas, is a nationally celebrated vocalist and winner of multiple Dove Awards.
He will make the latest stop on his “Speak of Love” Tour in support of the recently released recording of the same name.
