LIMA — Lima residents can obtain two rolls of leaf bags from the city per month for no additional charge by showing their water bill at 900 S. Collett St. and 424 N. Central Ave., Lima.
The bags will be available in October and November or while supplies last.
The city is also offering green yard waste containers for an additional charge of $20 to be added to a resident’s water bill.
Anyone can purchase a container to put leaves and additional yard waste out for a regular weekly pickup for this one-time charge at the time of order.
