LIMA — The Allen County Board of Developmental Disabilities will host a retirement open house for Theresa Schnipke from 1 to 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, in the administration board conference room, 2500 Ada Road, Lima.
Schnipke transitioned from superintendent to assistant superintendent in August as she plans to retire.
