Defendants plead not guilty during September arraignments

LIMA — The following defendants have entered pleas of not guilty to charges handed down recently by an Allen County grand jury:

Paige Snider, 33, of Jackson Center, charged with three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and a single count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.

Kurt Jones, 34, of Napoleon, charged with two counts of improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Christopher Jessee, 23, of Lima, charged with harassment with a bodily substance.

Cecil Benton Jr., 21, of Lima, charged with carrying a concealed weapon and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Abigail Rogers, 38, of Lima, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Christina Blair, 50, of Vandalia, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Paul Pursell, 57, of Columbus Grove, charged with aggravated robbery, two counts of felonious assault and arson, with specifications for the use and forfeiture of a weapon.

Marquavious Sims, 27, of Columbus, charged with having weapons under disability, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon.

Jacques Barnett, 31, of Lima, charged with failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Keith Malloy, 45, of Lima, charged with aggravated burglary with a repeat violent offender specification and a single count of strangulation.

Ronald Morgan, 40, of Delphos, charged with two counts of felonious assault and two counts of endangering children.

Jonathon Gillette, 35, of Ottawa, charged with burglary and two counts of violating a protection order.

Logan Osborn, 26, of Lima, charged with possession of cocaine.

Steven Plaugher, 44, of Lima, charged with aggravated burglary, felonious assault, domestic violence, strangulation, having weapons under disability, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana, with multiple specifications for the use of a firearm and forfeiture of firearms.

Jeremiah Washington, 20, of Lima, charged with aggravated robbery and felonious assault.

Note: Carlos Maldonado, 26, of Lima, charged with counterfeiting, and Morgan O’Brien, 44, of Lima, charged with failure to comply with the signal or order of a police officer, failed to appear for their arraignment hearings Friday morning in Allen County Common Pleas Court. A bench warrant was issued for their arrest.
