LIMA — Ford’s Lima Engine Plant will celebrate and recognize past and present employees and their families on Sunday, Sept. 22.
From noon to 4 p.m., Ford is hosting a Family Day Open House for all active and retired employees. They are also inviting all retired employees to attend the event.
Activities will include a Ford Performance RC racing activity, a charity dunk tank, giant inflatables, history displays, and other games.
There will be a recognition of the volunteer ramp crew at 1 p.m.
All proceeds from a silent auction and other contests will be awarded to the crew for their efforts in building wheelchair ramps around the area.
