The Lima Nitrogen Plant has been named to the best employers list by Crain’s Cleveland Business for the 11th time in the last 14 years.
LIMA — Nutrien’s Lima Nitrogen facility has been named one of Crain’s Cleveland Business’s 2024 Best Employers in Ohio, ranking 12th in the large employer category.
The award highlights the facility’s employee benefits, including a $5,000 annual charitable donation match, work-hour volunteering and reward-based charitable contributions.
With a voluntary turnover rate of just 2 percent, Nutrien Lima made the list 11 times since 2010.
