ST. MARYS —Grand Lake Health System is offering the Vaccines for Children Program by appointment at Grand Lake Pediatric Center (419-394-9579), Grand Lake Primary Care (419-394-9959) and Grand Lake Family Practice and Pediatrics (419-586-6489).
Any child younger than 19 is eligible if they are uninsured, Medicaid-eligible or enrolled, American Indian or Alaska Native or underinsured.
