LIMA — The City of Lima announced the closure of the north half of the 100 block of South Baxter Street during daylight hours starting Monday, Sept. 16 and lasting to Wednesday, Sept. 18.
An AEP Power project will maintain access to temporary city offices at 675 W. Market St. by converting the south half of the block to two-way traffic.
Traffic can find the detour by traveling from Spring Street during the closure.
