Wright State-Lake campus presents newest cadets

CELINA — Wright State University’s Lake campus police academy welcomed its latest class of cadets in August.

Cadets undergo 780 hours of training in fitness, firearms, first aid, driving, self-defense and Ohio law to become certified law enforcement officers, while some cadets earn dual college credits toward an associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.

Cadets include Taylor Ott, Chandler Hoskins, Isaac Daniel, Connor Barrett, Connor Burr, Zachary Kuck, Cole Koenig, Wokelle Googeg, Brandi Weber, Tatianna Poelking, Jacob Farber, Amanda Godinho, Westly McVety and Jack Boos.
