ST. MARYS — Midwest Electric has promoted Andrew Roettger to staking and field planner.
Roettger has been with Midwest Electric since 2008, starting as an apprentice lineman and later becoming a first-class lineman in 2012 after completing the Central Ohio Lineworkers Training Program.
